Lesson 2.1 - Setting up your First chat flow
This is actually the part almost everybody can easily do. Setting up a basic flow. It is nothing more than a diagram you can fill in within ManyChat’s flowbuilder.
If you are one of many people who lose their overview when building a diagram, it might be a good idea to just draw one of paper first. You could also use a service like Draw.io (https://www.draw.io/) to map out your flow.
It will help a lot if you think ahead and leave some space between charts so you can insert TAGS later.
When building chatflows, TAGS and CUSTOM FIELDS are your friend. They help you keep track of your user’s actions. We talk a lot about those throughout the course.
