Lesson 1.3. Automation - Creating a Main Menu

A Main Menu is a list of menu items that will always appear at the bottom of your chat, right under the "Send a message..." textbar. It is very helpful for potential users who need to know something about you or your service. We also use it to display an option to see some demos, as well as our GDPR information, which is - as of 5/25/18 - is kind of a big deal among us internet mortals.
